From my previous article I wrote my sentiment regarding the "rent a referral" in Neobux. Well, there's nothing wrong to be doubtful right?

At first I thought that only standard members can do rent and if you upgrade your account Neobux will give you a hard time to do it. Friend, I am wrong.

Let this article be my way of saying sorry Neobux, my head just shut down few days ago and I can think of anything but just frustration. I am so sorry.

Why I am saying sorry? Because I need to. I just found out that the messages I got or read from the Neobux forum were all just sentiments, anger, nothing but nonesense idea of those people who can't live without doubt.

I did my experiment just a few minutes ago and I found that it is so easy to rent. I just found out that what I did before was wrong. hihihihi=)

Somehow, I also congratulate myself because I found the solution and answer to my big question. " Why I can't rent?" --- thank you to myself. Gee=)

Now I am looking forward that this 100 rented referrals can help me make money before my mother's birthday. So please referrals, help me to buy the car I want for my mother. Heh! I am just being ambitous. Nyt=)

Neobux: Rent No Referral Program?

Don't get me wrong with this. But I think it's time for me to ask this big question because this may turn into a big DOUBT. As in BIG! if I will not get answer to this.

Neobux is one of the paid to click site that I trust. But I feel that I am into a big scam if I will not show people what really happen inside Neobux. I am pertaining to their rent a referral program.

Let me explain, unlike other ptcs; Isabelmarco, Bux.to, Clickers, Etc ( etc is not a ptc, its the word etchetera. lol!) where you can buy referrals from 5 up to 500, Neobux instead let the member to just rent the referrals.

Hey guys, you know how important a referral is in ptc because REFERRALS makes you money each day, without them, your life is a disaster in ptc as you will need to click and click and click and end up saying "I'm tired of clicking". So I hope it gives you the meaning of what is a REFERRAL.

Going back, I have actually no problem in a rent a referral because at least you can rent right? unlike other ptc where you need to do lot of promotion to get one, I'm pertaining to clixsense, ( yet a good ptc that pays really ) and adbuddy.net ( you can't rent or buy but you can bid )

But the catch is, I can't rent a referral to their rent a referral program. Why is this happening?

I am a golden member and I signed up as a GOLDEN member to them because my perception is if you are a golden member you will receive a different treatment from the standard. ( Standard members, don't get me wrong please ) Yes It happens that I am treated differently from a standard member that is because standard member can easily ( Did I say easily ? ) Yes, easy for them to rent a referral as many as they can.

Neobux...I think you owe us GOLDEN members an explanation.

Not only me who receive this kind of GOLDEN treatment from Neobux. I just found out that we are many.

RENTING HOURS

I actually had no time to visit forum of neobux from the time I became a golden member. I maybe became too implusive in upgrading my account to them because it's the first ptc I saw in the web that pays a member instantly. Until I found out that when you turn Golden you will need to do a little trick for you to be able to rent. I guess, a magic...and some member says you need to have a speed connection. Hmm...that trick won't work for me.

To be fair with Neobux, I will let you know this, In this ptc you need to set two hours of renting time, and that two hours will be those hours that you can rent a referral. But I tried this, really I do,and I end up with no referrals to rent. Very sad.

Let me closed this topic with this message I saw from the forum. A message of a member raising his frustration to Neobux.

That's why this site will last forever.Because nobody makes a TON of money.Everybody only makes a little bit.I can't even rent referrals anymore because they are never available to golden members.All of my money that I earn will go to renewing the referrals I was able to rent when I was a regular member.It's basically a wash, no?

Is Bux.To a Scam?

Wah!!! I'm still not awake, but I just dropped by here to blog something about a rumor regarding Bux.To. I have friends in some forums, as well as in IM, and my fellow bloggers who are so curious on what's 'goin on with Bux.To. They are being puzzled, some are now becoming doubtful with Bux.to...specifically on the payment process.

Bux.to just so you know has been in the ptc industry since 2007. It has a lot of members,( i heard it's over 6m )that has made Bux.to as the biggest player in ptc industry. They have made the biggest payment to a member ever...amounting to $9,800.00 that any ptc as of today cannot beat.

Let me reveal to you, Bux.to is the first ptc I joined. It was 2 months ago since I found the Bux.to banner in sulit.com.ph, It was 2 months now since I became a premium member with them and my total earnings as of today while I'm writing this article is $100.0525. And I am now waiting for the $20.00 I requested last August. ...Yah...I'm waiting=)

Ok, let's talk about there payment delays. Delays of Payment.Payment Delays.=)

Since a lot of you starting to be a mad bull.Here's the real score.

Bux.to explained Payment Delays:

The delays have run into months due to a couple of factors: problems from the payment processor & inefficiency in the current script to audit accounts.

We are all well aware of the PayPal problems that every PTC site has faced, including bux.to. Since then, bux.to started using AlertPay and also introduced the bux.to MasterCard®.

However, AlertPay has hardly made life any easier for the PTC owners. AlertPay has been marred with payment problems which has hindered the process of mass payments.

It has to be noted that bux.to currently has close to 6 million users. This is the highest number of users that any PTC site in business today have. So when this is coupled with processor problems and inefficient script, we get massive delays.

We also understand that handling monetary issues is highly classified. Due to this, only select staff handles the payments.

Bux.to has taken a few steps to resolve the above issues. They’ve got AlertPay representatives on their forum to help their users understand the delays. AlertPay has acknowledged the payment problem and taken responsibility to solve the issue at the earliest possible.

I am Premium member and have just received my first payment to AlertPay. I already have Bux.to MasterCard, but since my payment request was 70$ I was unable to direct my request there. After I post this topic I will go and change my payment address from AlertPay to Bux.to MasterCard and immediately request 817$ from my account balance and also pay for more referrals

Here are my information:

- Premium member
- requested 70$ on 20 Feb 2008. on AlertPay
- received e-mail with notification that my payment request has been approved and will be sent as soon as possible from Bux.to on 17 Aug 2008.
- received payment on AlertPay few hours after that, also on 17 Aug 2008.
- will request 817$ on my Bux.to MasterCard after I post this topic

I was so upset today because my sibling wanted to wear my leather shoes. He is so crazy and I am not selfish. It's my shoes right. And It is really a private property.

And If someone wanted to cursed me because of my "selfishness" someone had just sent me blessings. Blessings! and Blessings!

I want to thank Isabelmarco ptc because they just sent me my first payment. I requested this last August 26, 2008 and I received September 24,2008 ...Hmmm that's less than 30 days.

Allow me to brag about this. Here's the proof

Aside from receiving a payment today from a great ptc. I realized that creating a payment proof is easy. Yeeepee! At first I thought making a screenshot of a payment proof is only for those computer wizards but now I know it's just like eating a chocolate cake.lol=)

Here are the steps I did. Maybe it can help you.

1. Go to the page where you got the proof of payment. ( an email notification,paypal/alertpay )

2. Press Print Screen

3. Go to Paintbrush and Paste the proof payment page.

4. Edit if necessary. And then Save As

5. Go to Tinypic and upload the saved file

6. That's it. Go to the forum of your ptc and brag it!

7. if I missed a step. Sorry, this was my first attempt to do this.=)

I have done a lot of research to make sure that I will post this article with no intention to just write negative things about these ptcs. No misleading information.

Well,I just have no time to just messed up there day as what they did to me. Because all these information I gathered are based on facts, writeups and reviews from different sources. And of course, based on my true to life encounter with them. So goodluck ptc scammers!!!

First in my list is HITCOOP. as in the www dot HITCOOP dot COM! Maybe I have no right to accused you of being a scam but what you did to me is worst. I attempted to send you messages asking you why until now ( did I say until now? ) you are not upgrading my account after billing me a subscription fee in my paypal account. Wow!

After done watching my favarite cartoon show Dora the Explorer and done eating my breakfast ( a sunny side up matching with bread and butter.=) ) I went to my favorite place...and that is my room where my computer exists.

Anyway, that's just to make an intro and nothing to do with my topic today. lol!

This is about Ddos! The Monster ! The Horrible! PTC's worst enemy : Ddos Attacks

Wikepedia.org defined DDOS/ Distributed Denial of Service Attacks

"as an attempt to make a computer resource unavailable to its intended users. Although the means to carry out, motives for, and targets of a DoS attack may vary, it generally consists of the concerted, malevolent efforts of a person or persons to prevent an internet site or service from functioning efficiently or at all, temporarily or indefinitely. Perpetrators of DoS attacks typically target sites or services hosted on high-profile web servers such as banks, credit card payment gateways, and even DNS root servers

One common method of attack involves saturating the target (victim) machine with external communications requests, such that it cannot respond to legitimate traffic, or responds so slowly as to be rendered effectively unavailable. In general terms, DoS attacks are implemented by either forcing the targeted computer(s) to reset, or consume its resources so that it can no longer provide its intended service or obstructing the communication media between the intended users and the victim so that they can no longer communicate adequately."

As elaborated by Larry Rogers in his article on cert.org and I quote:

" There are no short-term solutions to eliminate DDoS attacks. Today's best practices involve making computers and networks more resilient in the face of an attack. We call this survivability.

All systems have their limits. One way to make a system more survivable is to increase these limits; the more resources there are, the better the chances are that the system will survive an increased demand for use. To increase the telephone system's limits, the telephone company adds more circuits. For a web service, the webmaster might increase the number of connections that a web service can accept; for example, a site could add more web servers. This spreads the increased load over more computers and helps to ensure that no one computer operates too near its limit. The higher the limits of all the potentially affected systems – the network and the computers on that network – the better the chances that network will survive a DDoS attack."

DDOS in different point of view:

Lot of PTC having trouble to find a solution to DDOS Attack. Some PTC undergoing this kind of a problem deciding to shut down their system for about a day or two or worst ,will say goodbye to you in a week or month.

With that, we can't blame skeptical newbies on ptc to feel upset and defined this as a way of the ptc owners to escape on their responsibility to pay them. Or should I say, an alibi by those ptc to pend payments. Which truth do you prefer? lol=)

According to uronlinebiz.com there are more than 20 PTC sites that were extremely attacked by Ddos and sorry to say, they failed to survive the game. But there were also PTC that had managed to put a stop to it. The ddos safe sites as of today are : BUXTO , Uronlinebux and Neobux.

I checked some news from uronlinebiz.com and one that caught my attention was about an avid fan of isabelmarco who reacted on their article about this ptc being a scam.

The argument started when uronlinebiz wrote that Isabelmarco maybe a scam because their are some members claiming that they are not paid since june 2008.

That first article they wrote entitled: " Design disaster plus no pay-outs?" ( pertaining to Isabel marco ) caused an avid fan named Louis to got angry .

We had to take a look at the IsableMarco PTC after getting loads of angry emails from people who are member of IsabelMarco.com. What we instantly found is that the site is a design disaster.

There is really only one reason for a site degrade to this level of horrible design and that is to bring in as much money possible on banner ads. The site should be labelled with a warning sign for epileptics and other sensitive people so they don't drop dead from the shock of seeing so many tacky banners in one place.

Not since SimpleStash we have seen design this awful and this says a lot about how bad it is. There are flashing banners all over the index page and it shows all from extreme colours to porn. In one word..it is TACKY!

The real reason we went to look at this site was because of the recent complaints about IsabelMarco (IM) not paying their members. IM has been under Do S attack just like many other sites and they even doubled the earnings on the member accounts as a compensation for the server being unavailable during the attack. That is of course very generous of the admins but still we need to see if they really pay or the compesations will be worth nothing. Some UrOnlineBiz members have been waiting since early July to get payouts and still no sign of it.

We have angry members telling they have requested payout too in early June but no money so far. As it looks now the member gets double earnings of nothing (?). We will get back with more information as we get it.

And after this article was wrote and one avid fan of I.M reacted. They immediately responded by writing another article:

"Spokes person"(?) states IsabelMarco is not paying "brain dead koreans".

Some people who read the IsaBelMarco article we published the other day failed to see the question mark in the headline. We just want to make clear that we are wondering what has happened to the payments? We are not labelling IM as scam, hence the question mark. We are sorry if we were unclear in the article.

A person called Louis has been acting as a "spokes person" of IsabelMarco's and he sent several statements to us yesterday where the most surprising and shocking one was that members who has not got their payments from Isabelmarco's are all "brain dead koreans". There is really not much to say about that quote aside from it being quite racist and disgraceful. Louis referred to the IM website as if he was an owner or employed and said "We recieved a heavy DoS attack but recovered in a SINGLE DAY and you class that as a scam."
We didn't class IM as scam or we would have remove the seal of approval and the site rating would have gone down to -10. However, we find it very hard to believe that IM admins would allow people like Louis to represent them and make public statements like the one above.

The members contacting us about no getting paid all are from the US and Europe. It has turned out that there are some members waiting for their payment from June even and they got no replies to their inquiries from IM.

We have not recieved any answers to the emails we sent to IsabelMarco's before the article September 1 where we asked about delays and if they had any comments regarding all of those that has complained.

I totally understand the fan why he freaked out. He is a fan, and an avid fan is always there to
keep his idol safe from negative write-ups.

Let's take a look on the " when do I get paid page " of Isabelmarco:

When do I get paid?
You can request for payment once you're account balance is the minimum amount accumulated. Your payment will be processed and issued via Alertpay or Paypal
- Free Members within 50 days or less
- Premium members with max 500$ payout : 30 days or less
- Premium members between 500 en 1000$ payout : 35 days or less
- Premium members between 1000 and 5000$ payout : 40 days or less
- Premium members wit more then 5000$ payout : 50 days or less.

It maybe possible that the members who still waiting for payment were all free members. If it was since june, it is not yet over the turn around time for free members...assuming there is a grace period...well!=)

I am also grateful that uronlinebiz.com is doing the job right. They are there to protect us from scam ptc, not only ptc sites but from all affiliate program in the web. They are always updated from what's really happening to those moneymaking site that has no money to make payments. what???
